Each square of the triptych is 27" x 27" painted with acrylic on 3/4" MDF board.

Note the rounded corners, see recent post on how to draw and cut rounded corners.

I was commissioned to create a space mural for a two year old boy's room. The client will be moving in a few years and wanted a mural that could go with them. Painting on wood or canvas and installing it on the client's wall is a great alternative to painting the mural directly on the wall.

Paint a clear gel on the tape seam.  Paint the color of your choice once the gel has dried.
